Since Wednesday, the MMDA has seized 69 e-bikes and e-trikes and given 290 tickets in total.&nbsp;However, before enforcing the prohibition, President Marcos directed the MMDA to give a month's grace period on Thursday.&nbsp;Artes made it clear that the potential cancelation of tickets and the release of e-vehicles only applied to those who were taken into custody by the MMDA and not by law enforcement from local government agencies.

After blowing an 18-point lead in their Game 2 defeat, they cleared another meltdown against a brave Perpetual team due to the heroics of sweet-shooting big man Syrex Silorio, who avenged for his two missed game-winning free throws in the previous games.&nbsp; Before the Junior Altas attempted another comeback in the second half, Silorio regained control of the game and scored 14 points in the first half. Despite Silorio's failure to score a point in the third quarter, Letran's strong backcourt tandem of Jonathan Manalili and Daniel Padilla provided enough manpower to win the game. With 1:10 remaining in the game, Silorio burst for an incredible three-pointer that took them to an 86-70 advantage. He then finished with six straight points to start the fourth quarter.
