MANILA, Philippines — According to the Bureau of Immigration (BI), Yexel Sebastian, a well-known toy collector, and his partner departed the country shortly after facing charges of fraud associated with a P200 investment scam. 

Given that no motion or complaint has yet been lodged over Yexel and Mikee, the Bureau of Immigration confirmed that they had left the country.

Senator Raffy Tulfo questioned BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco the explanations behind why the couple was permitted to leave the country during a committee hearing on Monday. 

"Hindi ko alam kung ito'y tumatakas na o baka pumunta sa Nagoya para mag-recruit na naman ng investors," Tulfo said....
